HIFI PAYMENTS provides an interface for supported recharge and bill-payment services. Billers, telecom/DTH operators, banks, payment gateways and payment-system participants may be independent third parties responsible for their respective services.

Regulatory representation

HIFI PAYMENTS does not claim direct authorisation by RBI, NPCI or Bharat Connect unless and until such authorisation or approved partner status is formally obtained. Applicable partner, Agent Institution/COU and branding disclosures will be displayed after onboarding approval.

Service availability

Some services displayed on the website may remain unavailable until the relevant provider and payment-partner onboarding is completed. A service shown on the website should not be treated as active unless the transaction flow is enabled.
