Protect your credentials

Never share an OTP, UPI PIN, card PIN, password or remote-access code with anyone claiming to represent HIFI PAYMENTS. Our support team should never need these credentials.

Check before paying

Verify the biller/operator, mobile or consumer number, amount and payment request before authorising it. Use only the official HIFI PAYMENTS website/app and trusted payment pages.

Suspicious activity

If you suspect unauthorised use, contact your bank/payment provider immediately and notify HIFI PAYMENTS at contactus@hifipayments.com. Preserve transaction IDs, screenshots and relevant communications.
